Eichstetten is a lively, rural village. We are proud of our long tradition in viticulture and vegetable growing.
Towards Eichelspitze, with its unique view from the tower platform at 549 m above sea level, lies our 370 hectare vineyard landscape. Welcome to the wine and vegetable village of Eichstetten am Kaiserstuhl!
The Kaiserstuhl is a small low mountain range of volcanic origin in the Upper Rhine Plain. This makes the Kaiserstuhl one of the warmest regions in Germany. The region offers numerous opportunities for active recreation from hiking, biking, canoe tours to visiting the regional wineries. Just a short trip away are the cities of Freiburg (DE), Strasbourg and Colmar (FR). The proximity to France and the Rhine give the wine-growing region a charm all of its own.

In the cooler months you can spend cozy hours in bed with our long-tested electric blanket and enjoy the soothing warmth. Through the transparent bubble you can lie together in the warm bed and watch the sunset.
The next morning you will be tickled awake by the warming rays of the sun and with the first blink of an eye you will find yourself in the beautiful green of nature.
Food and drink
In the quiet town of Eichstetten, you’ll find the VITA organic market, where you can get all kinds of local produce for your cookout or organic snacks. Want to take some time off from cooking? Then you can let yourself be tempted by the culinary delights of the Rebland restaurant. The restaurant offers a warm cuisine with regional dishes. Likewise, the Gasthaus zum Ochsen is particularly recommended. Especially recommended is the inclusive Café Mitnander. There you can expect a rich lunch in a special environment.
For children and families
A gigantic starry sky regularly opens up above the Bubble Tent and promises a very special experience. A night hike under the stars with your partner or the little ones is the perfect way to do this. Outside the accommodation, the region offers many opportunities for joint activities.
