Cancellation

For all cancellations, we retain 15% as a service and transaction fee. To receive an 85% refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 21 days before arrival. If there are at least 7 days remaining until check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount for all nights booked. If there are at least 3 days remaining until arrival, you’ll receive a 20% refund of the booking amount for all nights booked. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after that point.

Redeem and Give Gift Cards

You can give gift certificates for this location at any time. Our gift certificates have no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time within the next three years.
