Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations are free of charge up to 10 days before arrival. If canceled less than 10 days before arrival, a fee of 50% or 10% of the booking amount will be charged, depending on the time of booking and location.

You can cancel your booking yourself via your booking confirmation – simply click on ‘Go to booking’ and then on ‘Has something come up?

The refund will be issued automatically and can take up to 7 working days. If you want a voucher instead of money back, it can be quicker – just let us know!

Yes, we can often postpone your booking! The best way to do this is to contact us directly and specify a new preferred date. Please note: A free rebooking is possible for up to 10 days. If you postpone your booking as a gesture of goodwill, it is not possible to cancel it afterwards.

Invoice & Payment

Don’t worry – we’ll be happy to check it. If something is wrong with the billing, we can coordinate this internally and send you a corrected invoice.

We will be happy to send you the invoice again by e-mail. Just get in touch with us and give us the order number – we’ll take care of it straight away!

Yes, there are various payment options available to you when booking on our website. You will find all the details during the booking process.

Order & shipping (voucher box)

The shipment will take place after your order. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately. If your box does not arrive, we will refund the amount or send you a new one.

Yes! If you have not ordered a physical voucher box, you will automatically receive the voucher as a PDF by e-mail. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email. We can also send you the PDF directly if there are any problems.

The shipping of the voucher box is included in the costs. If there are any problems with shipping, we will take care of it and create a new voucher for you if necessary.

Availability & booking request

Just check the availability on our website – all available dates are currently listed there. The popular locations are often booked out quickly, so it’s worth checking the website regularly.

Bed linen, beds and basic equipment are always included in the Bubble Tent. You can find the exact equipment overview on the respective location page.

Additional services for which fees may (but do not have to) be charged can be found under add-ons. In most cases, these relate to extras such as a hot tub or sauna.

Please contact us with the location, date and a brief description of the problem. We will then help you as quickly as possible.

Locations & Bubble Tent Types

A Bubble Tent is generally designed for 2 people. At some locations it is possible to bring an additional child (up to approx. 14 years). At some locations there are 2 bubble tents next to each other, so you can have more space – just check which options are available when booking.

Yes, the bubble tents differ depending on the location and facilities. Some have hot tubs, others don’t; some offer breakfast, others don’t. You can find all the details about the respective facilities on the location page.

That depends on your wishes! We have locations in various regions (Black Forest, Rheinhessen, Kaiserstuhl, Switzerland, Palatinate etc.) with different facilities. Take a look at the location pages or get in touch, we will be happy to help you choose.

This is possible, but only at certain locations, for example in Peine or the Palatinate. Simply check the availability to see if your desired location offers this option.

Vouchers (purchase & redemption)

Select your Bubble Tent and the date on our website, go to the payment process and enter the voucher code. You will also find the option to use only part of the voucher if the amount does not fit exactly.

No, a voucher code can only be used once. If there were technical problems when redeeming, please contact us – we can reactivate the code.

Vouchers are usually valid for 3 years. If your voucher has been canceled, please note the exact deadline – you can find this in your documents or ask us.

Yes, no problem! The other person can book directly using your voucher and order number, or we can transfer the voucher to their name.

That’s a shame! Normally, expired vouchers can no longer be used. If there are special circumstances in your case, please contact us – we will see if we can find a solution.

Unfortunately this is not possible. Discount codes must be used directly when booking. If this does not work, please contact us and we will see if we can help.

Arrival, address & check-in

You will receive the exact address and directions with your booking confirmation. The check-in time is usually from 15:00. Exceptions and exact times for your location can be found in your confirmation.

Check-out is usually by 10:00 am. For some locations it may vary slightly – check your booking confirmation or ask the host.

You will find your host’s contact details in your booking confirmation. You can call them directly or contact them by email if you have any questions or if there are any specific issues on site.

This must be clarified with the host on site. Contact them directly with your request – the contact details are in your booking confirmation. Depending on availability, this can often be arranged.

Technical problems (Download/PDF)

We’re sorry to hear that! First of all, check your spam folder. If the mail is not there or the link does not work, please contact us – we will send you the PDF directly or solve the problem.

If you have not ordered a physical voucher, it will arrive by e-mail as a PDF. So check your e-mails (including your spam folder!). If you can’t find it there, we can send you the code by e-mail.

There may be various reasons for this: Perhaps it has already been used, has expired or there is a typing error. Contact us with your voucher code and we will check it.

Weather

Yes, the Bubble Tent can also be used in winter. Temperatures inside are usually similar to those outside, so it can get correspondingly chilly when it’s cold. There are electric blankets and additional heating options at some locations. Please note that only a few locations are open in winter, but it still remains a nature experience

Here too, the inside temperature generally corresponds to the outside temperature, so it can warm up during the day. In the evening, it usually cools down pleasantly so that you can sleep at a relaxed temperature and watch the stars in the bubble tent.

Warm clothing is very important! There are electric blankets, but they are no substitute for central heating. So pack warm sleeping clothes, thick socks and possibly extra blankets.

In normal weather, bookings will go ahead as planned. In extreme or dangerous weather (storms, snow, etc.), bookings may be postponed.

Dogs & Pets

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in most bubble tents. However, there is one exception: at our location in Krugsdorf there is a dog kennel on the fenced-in property. Dogs can be accommodated there, but must be supervised during the day. Feel free to ask us if you need a location with a dog!

Pets are generally not allowed. The Krugsdorf site is an exception for dogs. For all other questions on the subject: contact us directly.
