For cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival, 85% of the booking amount will be refunded; the remaining 15% will be retained as a service and transaction fee.
For cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. For cancellations made up to 3 days before arrival, 20% of the booking amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, no refund is possible for cancellations made after that.

Yes, we’re often happy to reschedule your booking! The best way to do this is to contact us directly and let us know your new preferred date. Please note: You can reschedule for free up to 10 days before check-in. If we reschedule as a gesture of goodwill (for special reasons within that time frame), you won’t be able to cancel afterward.

A Bubble Tent is generally designed for 2 people. This is primarily due to the limited space, which allows for beds measuring a maximum of 160×200 cm in the Bubble Tents. Therefore, it is not possible to set up an extra bed. If a child sleeps in the bed with you, that’s not a problem. At some locations, two Bubble Tents are set up side by side, giving you more space—just check the available options when booking. In this case, the second Bubble Tent can be added as an add-on for a small extra charge.
Yes and no—Bubble Tents generally all work on the same principle and feature an airlock and a transparent roof. They may differ in size, interior features, and design (fully or semi-transparent). Most locations also offer a hot tub or sauna, while others are happy to prepare a breakfast basket for you. On the location page, you’ll find all the details about the specific amenities and add-ons you can book.
That depends on what you’re looking for! We have locations in various regions (the Black Forest, Rheinhessen, Kaiserstuhl, Switzerland, the Palatinate, etc.) with different amenities. Check out the location pages or get in touch—we’d be happy to help you choose.

Yes and no—in principle, bubble tents can also be used in the winter. However, the temperature inside is usually similar to the temperature outside, so it can get quite chilly when it’s cold. Electric blankets are available, and some locations offer additional heating options. Please note that only a few locations are open in winter, and that this is, especially in winter, a nature experience that offers only limited warmth.
Here, too, the indoor temperature generally matches the outdoor temperature, so it can get warm during the day.
The tent heats up when exposed to direct sunlight. The fan, which runs continuously, constantly blows outside air into the tent. Nevertheless, when exposed to direct sunlight, it can be considerably warmer inside the tent than outside. If the weather is so nice that it gets too warm inside the tent when the sun is out, it’s time to get out and enjoy the fresh air and the great weather anyway!
In the evening and when it rains, it usually cools down nicely, so you’ll have comfortable temperatures for sleeping and can gaze at the stars from inside the Bubble Tent.
Warm clothing is very important! There are electric blankets, but they are no substitute for central heating. So be sure to pack warm pajamas, thick socks, and possibly extra blankets in case the temperatures drop at night.
Under normal weather conditions, the reservation will remain as scheduled. In the event of extreme or hazardous weather (storms, snow, etc.), reservations may be rescheduled.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in most Bubble Tents. There is one exception: At the Krugsdorf location, there is a doghouse on the fenced-in property. Dogs can be kept there. They must be supervised during the day. Feel free to ask us if you need a location where you can bring your dog!
